The layout is compact at 1200 sq ft, so the design focuses on clean lines, efficient planning, and storage-led solutions that make the home feel open and organised. Key Highlights

  • Italian marble across the living room, passages and kitchen, with warm wooden laminated flooring in the bedrooms
  • A bedroom near the entrance converted into a multifunctional room with a home office and a convertible guest bed for occasional stayovers
  • Added passage door creates two distinct zones — a work‑focused multifunction room and a private family zone (living room + 2 bedrooms + kitchen)
  • Designed for a family based out of Kolkata who visit occasionally for short stays
  • Efficient, storage-led planning tailored to a 1200 sq ft layout
  • Clean lines and practical detailing to keep the home organised
