  • Sisters’ bedroom planned with a walk in closet leading into the toilet — maximising functionality in a compact footprint
  • Kitchen door shifted from living area to passage, improving flow and usability of the living room
  • Parents’ bedroom designed with two single beds plus elderly friendly features like grab bars and a shower seat
  • Elders’ toilet modified to house a washing machine accessible from outside; cabinet merges seamlessly into the bar unit
  • Concealed AC units and ceiling height curtains create visual neatness and enhance the sense of height
  • Storage planned for 50+ cartons from previous home through integrated wardrobes, cabinets, and wall systems
